1. Service Description
FarePeek is a price comparison platform for hotels and flights. We display prices from third-party booking sites. We do not sell travel services directly — all bookings are made through our partner sites.
2. Affiliate Disclosure
FarePeek participates in affiliate programs with Booking.com, Agoda, Hotels.com, Expedia, and other travel platforms. We earn a commission when you click through to a partner site and complete a booking. This does not affect the price you pay.
3. Price Accuracy
Prices displayed on FarePeek are sourced from partner APIs and may change at any time. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, but the final price is always determined by the booking partner at the time of reservation.
4. Limitation of Liability
FarePeek is a comparison tool and is not responsible for bookings made through partner sites. Any disputes regarding reservations, cancellations, or refunds should be directed to the booking partner.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on FarePeek, including the FarePeek name, logo, and website design, is owned by FarePeek and may not be reproduced without permission.
